"Came up to the window at 8:57pm (January 30th), not realizing they closed at 9pm. They were more than happy to serve us and all the food was made fresh and was great. Good customer service and the team working should be commended for maintaining a professional and courteous attitude although it was closing time."

"Stopped here mid-afternoon at their least busiest time. Fast and friendly service. Their parking lot is one of the biggest I've seen at a fast food place. People should be aware that there is no indoor seating. But given that it was a wet Northwest day, we were happy to be off I-5 freeway. It didn't bother us to eat in our car."

"I was going to give this place another chance after a few bad experiences. I am glad I checked the reviews first because it’s obvious things have not changed. So many terrible reviews I am amazed this place is still in business. The last time I ordered from this place I was really looking forward to a Heath Bar blizzard. That’s all I order, what could go wrong? When I settled in for a movie (The Godfather) & blizzard I was disappointed. The blizzard had ice cream, but the Heath Bar was almost unrecognizable. What a let down. My only savior was having a couple of my own Heath Bars in the fridge which I broke up & added to the Ice Cream. I made my own Health bar blizzard."

"OK this place has never been great but today was the last straw. Even though it is only blocks from where I live I will never return. My usual complaint is that I order on the app like they request you do and then they make you wait when you get there at the back of the line of people ordering and they also make you wait to hand you your bag which for the 15-20 minutes that you’ve been there in line has been sitting waiting for you, getting cold. The last straw today was my bun was black. There is not any way the person making this fish sandwich didn’t see that the bun was black, burnt to a crisp. Don’t go here."
