"While the space was beautiful, and equally had beautifully quality items, I did not have a great experience. As someone that has lived in Troutdale my whole life, I love to support small businesses in my hometown. I ventured into the store without even an acknowledgment. I was not greeted, and I spent some time in the store to the point that I was the only shopper. Even passing by the front desk I felt it was cold. I base my rating on my cold experience. As a person of color, I did not feel welcomed. I saw some items that are way overpriced as online they are cheaper. I get a few dollars more for a locally owned business, however, at this point I couldn't justify spending my money with this place of business. I would highly recommend making a point to have better customer service."

"BEST baby boutique in Portland!! You can see the passion that the owner has in preparing such a darling baby heaven because it is such a joy to walk through her shop. Whether you're looking for a meaningful gift for a baby shower or you're looking for baby furniture that will last through all the wear and tear (apart) from your kiddos (needs to last through multiple kids, right?!) this is YOUR PLACE! Because Cuddlebugzz is located in the upper balcony level inside of Celebrate Me Home, it doesn't get the attention it deserves. If you have a question about any of the baby gear, you may have to wonder through Celebrate Me Home downstairs (another GREAT pleasure- be prepared to dream) to chat with one of the staff members who are very happy to help. I ALWAYS find fantastic baby products that I didn't know I needed. Lovely experience!!!!"
