"Love the apparel here but it is very spendy. Service is hit or miss, sometimes I get lots of help and sometimes it's like I don't exist and other customers are more important to help as I'm left waiting while everyone else gets helped. I think part of it is only a few workers actually know how to do everything while others don't know how to do anything and the one associates that knows everything is pulled to do everything for the associates that need loads of training still and the customers they were helping are left hanging."

"Never having owned a pair of Western boots before I had zero knowledge about what I was doing .the young lady that helped me was fantastic.Helped me find the size and fit that was best for me and then was time for style. She was on her hands and knees pulling every pair of my size to find exactly what I wanted,which I wasn't sure of just needed to see them to know,when it looked like all hole was lost she kept searching and might have been the last pair my size she found them .I will be back to purchase my first hat, I'm sure the experience will be just as great."

"Huge selection but astronomically overpriced. Leather Boots I can understand, almost. But last year's clothing items that I wouldn't pack out of Goodwill? For $30 to $50 on a $5 item? Yeah, I can't get behind that. Do better!"

"I was pretty disappointed in the boots I got, leather didn't go to the tip instead it was rubber I thought the rubber was a cap with leather under but nope. The boots say Cody James "nipple up" which is an oil field term, as I deal with petroleum products I got them the rubber just fell apart."

"All I can say is I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Absolutely great employees and the selection of good, quality boots never disappoints. They also have awesome hats and belts. I now own 3 great belts, 3 pairs of amazing boots, a really awesome hat that I absolutely love. If I didn't have any self control, I'd spend all my money here for sure"
