"WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER!! I went because I've lost a lot of weight and wanted to get fitted for a new bra. I walked in the door and saw no one, except a customer waiting at the register looking quite annoyed. I began to wander around, looking for someone and tripped over a bucket in the middle of the floor with no signage that was collecting drips from the ceiling on my way to the back where I finally found 3 ladies all clustered in a corner talking to each other. I told them that I wanted to get fitted for a bra and that there was a customer waiting. One of them said that she'd take care of it, and continue talking. My husband said that he saw that customer wait for 10 minutes before someone rang him up. Meanwhile, Stephanie took me in and began to measure me. We selected a few bras and she told me to try them on, then ring the bell so we could go from there. I did. I rang. I waited. I waited more. Finally I went back into the store to look for her. It turns out that as soon as she had helped me, she told her coworker, "I'm outta here." and she left. I could've waited all day in there! So if you need to get measured - go someplace else. If you think you can just grab what you know you want and checkout - go someplace else - even when you specifically ask them to help at the register it still takes over 10 minutes. In short - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! A few stores down is a Maidenform store - they have the same deals and they treated me excellently."
