"Went here with high hopes. Ordered their ribs, brisket and sausage along with the Fatty. The BBQ sauce served with the meats was either very tomato forward (almost ketchup) or acid forward. Neither was a good match for the proteins. The sausage that was served was not evenly cooked; one was overcooked almost to the point of dry - the other was warm, but lacked the Smokey flavor of the other. The brisket was very dry. The ribs were moist, but lacked flavor. The fatty was stacked with proteins, but just ok. Sides - Mac & Cheese was good, Pinto Beans were very spicy (I like heat) but had tender chunks of pork. Coleslaw and Potato Salad were mayonnaise forward with hints of onion - not our favorite. The service was pleasantly helpful. Pickles were delicious!"
"Absolutely blown away by this gem of a restaurant! The vibe is one-of-a-kind, and the execution is spot-on. I'd happily make a 3-hour drive from Seattle just to experience it again. Highly recommended!"
"Was in the mood for some good old fashioned Texas BBQ, so we decided to give a try and the food and atmosphere was delicious! We really enjoyed the ribs and sausage most of all and the sides were on point. They also do military discount. Will definitely be going back for more at some point!"
