"This is a gem here in Ridgefield! Their ocean bowl (raw salmon, spicy tuna, crab, seaweed salad over rice) and shrimp tempura are excellent! Don’t be scared off by raw fish from a food truck - their food is consistently fresh, healthy and delicious. Also, when many other businesses in town have bizarre and unpredictable hours, these guys are out there ready to serve up the good food. Check em out!"
"Absolutely delicious! I am normally weary of food trucks, but decided to try Sushi Kato on a whim after hearing from others that this was a little hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Ridgefield, Washington. I am so glad that my family and I did. We had the teriyaki chicken bowl and the tempura shrimp bowl. Both were so full of flavor and so fresh! The gentleman working that day was gracious and very nice!"
"We arrived in Ridgefield on a rainy Monday and were grateful to find the cute food truck court with Sushi Kato. My husband and I had poke bowls- excellent tuna, lots of edamame and avocado, and a generous amount of warm rice. Delicious! We will return next time we’re in town."
"My husband picked up dinner for us last night from Sushi Kato. His roll was good and the shrimp tempura were good. But my sushi burrito was unfortunately half inedible. The salmon was cut incorrectly with the grain so instead of being able yo bite through it, the whole piece just came out and wasn't good to eat. So the expensive part of the burrito was inedible. The rest tasted good but it was a real let down. Hopefully they learn how to cut sushi."
"Amazing sushi rolls and sushi bowls! Fish and sides were fresh with lots of great flavour. Friendly and kind costumer service by the owners themselves. There is some outdoor covered seating right outside the food cart. I highly recommend stopping here and trying Sushi Kato!"
