"Ordered through the mobile app so my son could run in and grab the food when we got there. We waited over 30 mins and then I had to come in after just having surgery and was told there were too many orders in front of me which was not true as we watched about 10 cars be served through the drive through after we parked and the order had been placed. The young girl with dyed red/pink hair is rude every time and the “management” could care less about the lack of customer service and was just as bad. They refused to give me a refund when I asked and instead gave me a bag of cold food and a “free taco” coupon."

"This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service was amazing; the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic and we got our order quickly and piping hot. I only wish we live nearby so we could eat here more often."

"I never give reviews but I’ve watched this location go so far downhill the past 2 years it might as well close. You’ll be taking a bigger gamble than a casino ordering your food here. Best to order nothing customized and pray to the fast food gods for a decent quick meal. Or just 10 more miles north to Woodland’s location they’re always good!"

"Yikes. This place is a mess. It needs much better management. I haven’t tried my food yet today, but I’m hella nervous. It’s dirty in here and gansta rap music is playing LOL. Ridin’ Dirty’ Update. Got food… and there’s no hot sauce. I asked for 12 packets and got none. Second update: no napkins either. I used mobile ordering technology from my phone and picked it up inside. Food was skimpy and poorly made. Undersized. My grilled burrriti wasn’t grilled. :(. I’ll pick up in Longview where we have three great tbells nextime. Your bad service isn’t good for local businesses. I stopped at the local grocery store and gave them business on my way home."

"Walked in on Saturday , 9/23/03. Staff was not friendly. No welcome or smile. Bathroom needed attention. Floor were sticky. Condiment area dirty and table were not wiped down. For a new area. I'd expect more"
