"was pulled aside abruptly by a woman and spoken to in a derogatory tone for “running” in the building. (if anyone is currently aware of the epidemic of teenage thrifting boys, you understand the urgency to move out of the way when a new bin comes out and find a spot in line but for some reason this woman was not a fan of fast paced walking.???) When I asked if she had worked there since she had no indication of identification for an employee she flashed her goodwill badge and told me I could leave. For clarification I am respectful of any environment that I am and understanding of customer service employees (being one myself) but i found this encounter abrupt and uncalled for. When spoken to in such a derogatory tone my first defense was to question her authority, and without question left, due to her unreasonable attitude and tone! Pray we see some human beings take pride in their customer service and their job no matter where it may be, but unfortunately ruined a regulars experience with this goodwill store."
"This is about the worst goodwill my husband and I have been too. Can't find a thing they just have big dump bins. The place was nasty. Would definitely not recommend this place unless you want to go knee deep in the bins."
"I've been buying at the pound stores for over 24 yrs now. They aren't for everyone but I've found some amazing items and saved A LOT on things our family and house need. This is really a well kept store, but smallish. Could use a few more baskets."
"I am shopping with my sister and Lil niece for a dresser for my new little tiny home. Haven an absolute blast while looking around. Come one come all."
"I am a regular bins shopper in washington and Oregon but this outlet was a disappointment. The negative reviews were accurate unfortunately. Lots of packaging and trash in bins....like ALOT. Not much to find for good stuff but my biggest issue was at checkout. I repeatedly tried to stand somewhere to watch the screen that shows prices but the screen constantly changes before I could read the info then employees would tell me to move out of their way. I was finally able to see that it was $1.59 for 0-25 Lbs. At checkout, they don't use cart to roll on to scale like most locations, they have a large bin attached to the floor scale. Some guy two sales back was still trying to get all of his items out of the floor scale so the next ppl had to use tiny table scale. When I got my receipt I was charged 1.99 for 17.5 lbs and 1.59 for only 3.5 lbs.... no where did I see $1.99. All my items were basic clothing, blankets, and hats. I was overcharged over $9. This place is not a great outlet. Watch out at the register!"
