"I have been going to this place ever since I turned 18 and was able to buy and or pawn and to be honest with you the vast majority of the time haven't had much of an issue although most everything seems pretty overpriced and they could Desperately use an update to the layout and clean house of all the old and unwanted stuff, no offense but it is like 1/2 a store of free pile stuff from a garage sale in my opinion. With that being said today I went in there and after waiting patiently until Candy, the female worker, was not busy with another customer i asked if she could show me a few knives. She almost seemed reluctant to help me although I have NEVER caused her/them any trouble whatsoever and have only been a good customer there since day 1. After looking at the knives, 2 of which I was going to buy today I decided to inquire about their video game consoles and asked in these exact words "Do you have any idea about how often you guys get the newer game consoles like PS5 and the new Xbox, even a rough guess?" Her reply which now sounded slightly agitated for seemingly no reason "No I don't have any idea, there's 3 of us that work here so there's no way to keep track of that sort of thing" I respond by saying "Well alright, do you know if there are any PS5's in the back that just have a little while longer till they can be sold?" Well her body language, tone of voice, volume, everything about her became instantly aggressive as she started scolding me and lecturing me about how anything in the back was none of my business and that if I wanted to buy anything in their display case I could but "Plenty of customers pawn their stuff only to return later to get it out before it becomes the pawnshops" And while I was trying to keep the conversation between her and I she saw fit to be loud enough for the whole store to hear and clearly her goal was to publicly humiliate me and she would barely even hear me out when I repeatedly apologized saying I meant no offense and I almost ALWAYS did the pawn an item and pick i t up before the last day of the pawn. Now when a person pawns an item they have 90 days to pay the pawn back with interest or the shop then owns said item ... BUT when a person straight up sells an item to the pawn shop it only has a 30-day waiting period before they put that item out to be sold. I was clearly asking if a PS5 had been sold to them so nobody could come back and pick it up and it was destined to be sold out of their store no matter what happened but between her loud, rude, mean judgemental accusations I just sai "hey seriously I meant no offense and sorry for the confusion I really did not mean to upset you especially this much" I didn't say a single rude thing but she just kept on being rude and loud with the cocked eyebrows of a very angry person scorned. Sorry for the novel of a review but that is 18 years I've been going there and although they didn't get rich off of me unless she personally apologizes to me that will be the last time they receive my business. I just hope whatever her problem was she is able to get it taken care of because no honest friendly customer deserves to be talked to like that, we are all adults here why then do you have the need to talk to me like some disrespectful punk kid. Needless to say I did not buy anything."
