"I went to another Pharmacy near where I live and they were rude and didn't want to run my prescription with the coupon I had . Called Rite Aid and spoke to a gentleman named Logan he was so helpful and the most understanding person,he put my mind to rest called the other pharmacy and got my prescription transferred back to them.He was the a blessing.All the staff are kind and caring.THANK YOU RITE AID prescription so I called"

"We did the drive thru to pick up my prescription. Lady working window talked really low through her mask so struggled to understand her. Finally got my rx and paid. No thank you and no your welcome when we said thank you. She in turn found it necessary to then give us the middle finger. Will be changing pharmacies"

"I go here all the time so I am a regular. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to try and fill all of Centralia's prescriptions each day and that's something not every pharmacy does. Sometimes they are backed up but that's not their fault, they are a business that has limits like anywhere else. If your unhappy with the wait then try a different time or go somewhere else but just because there is a wait doesn't mean they are a bad pharmacy, it actually means they are a good pharmacy because everyone goes there."

"If I could give this pharmacy a zero star I would. This place is a joke. I'm sick and tired of going in to pick up my prescriptions when they tell me they will be ready to find them haven't even started them. This happens often. I called ahead because of this was told they will be ready in an hour. Drive all the way her 30min drive to be told they will be done in an hour. I'm done with this place. I'm switching to another pharmacy."
