"in the lobby watching 2 out 6 people working. Standing around talking. Watched 1 person make a soft taco in 5 minutes. Not 1 person working the front register. Seeing them on their phones. took 20 mins for 3 items."

"I don’t often review fast food places but I think this one deserves a mention. Anytime I am on a road trip passing by Hood River, this is a place I stop. Quick, friendly, and fresh. I’ll typically get the Crunchwrap Supreme (sub Chicken), extra hot sauce, when they have it - nacho cheese fries, and a nice cold Pepsi. It gives me the extra push to make the final leg of my journey."

"I ordered and paid online and received the wrong order. Their only solution was for me to get back into a line of 9 cars and reorder. Or I could request a refund that will take a week. Oh yeah, and they didn’t even offer that I keep the messed up order. The guy who tried to help was nice and I get that they’re short staffed, but wow I wasted a lot of time and money and still didn’t get food"

"The food was good. It was hot, fresh and somehow they doubled my order so Ingot two of everything which was nice since I would be driving for 9.5 hours… but it’s Taco Bell and the taste is somewhat lacking. I enjoy it, but I don’t LOVE it. The rest of the experience was very positive. A very clean store, fast and friendly service and everyone I saw come out seemed to be happy with their purchase."

"I almost never leave a google review but this was quite possibly THE Worst customer service experience I have had in years anywhere on multiple levels. It is 10:15p on a Thursday night 10/5/23. I stated I needed some time to order and not less than 30 seconds later the person butted in asking whether I was ready to order; there was no one behind me waiting. When I arrived at the window; the lady slammed it open; and as I gathered my money she slammed it shut again as if she couldn’t be bothered to wait. When she opened it again it was slammed open with the same abruptness. And slammed shut again. This sort of total lack of attention and general laziness made me feel she was drunk. When I opened my food the taco shell was complete cracked open. My burrito - supposed to have meat an extra cheese had no cheese and maybe a crumb of meat. [This is not to mention that the coffee machine was down so I couldn’t get the drink I wanted.]. By the time I’d opened everything and started eating I was already far away from the restaurant. I never write reviews but they went above and beyond in making this an unpleasant experience and unsatisfactory investment. In the past I have had good experiences with this location so I would urge management to take a close look at the employees working at this particular time and make certain such poor quality behavior and product are not being replicated for other customers - let alone possible drinking on the job."
