"To start off, this place is dirty. The entrance door is disgusting, the place smells like moisture, A deep cleaning needs to be done. The seats on the booth are ripped. There’s no money being set to this location to bring attraction. I have been to other locations that have better structure. Food was okay, could’ve been better, waitress were slow with everything. If you want a better experience in overall “atmosphere” it’s better to go to other locations with better services as well."

"Definitely don't order prime rib from here if you like it rare and medium rare. Prime rib was extremely dry and very well done, cold, the fat was already congealed. Was told after receiving it that they don't do rare or medium rare, well done is the only way they serve it. Refused to refund the plate of food. Definitely won't be back to this location. Orchards location is way better and serves their prime rib correctly and as ordered."

"Where to start. Well the Cafe itself is set up very nicely and appears pretty clean, just that nice Cafe atmosphere. And that's pretty much where the good ends. The waitress was wearing a really long t-shirt with what appeared to be pajama pants; took quite a while to get drinks; when she did bring them she just sat them on the edge of the table and rolled out; took just as long to get our order taken; a loooong time to get our food (and therefore only about 5 tables filled max); and the food was not impressive to say the least. I got the country fried steak and the loaded mashed potatoes were the smallest portion I've ever seen and the steaks (2 small pieces) were the thinnest cf steaks I have ever had and they tasted and felt like they were thrown in a deep fryer, terrible. The restaurant looks so inviting and the menue looks great but as a whole, I am not impressed at all. Sadly because I love cafe/diner food. The pies look delicious though!!"

"Shari’s is always consistent- if you like what they got you’ll never be disappointed Got the chicken fried steak and eggs after a morning of hauling things to the dump. It’s perfect for what ale’s ya. Just what I needed to get back into gear. Friendly, nice and clean. I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup and they have sugar free pies! How cool is that."
