"Called, placed an order for pasta, and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes later, and the screen states 20 to 30 minutes. I asked what thing, app or screen shows me the proper wait time. He said neither, then blamed the systems not being linked. I explained that I called in my order and was told the person didn't know proper times.....so 30 minutes for a pasta bowl to find out they STILL did not place it in the oven!! Another 15-minute wait. Ridiculous, great food, just don't try to plan... make them bring it to you, SO THEY ACTUALLY COOK IT and not just keep putting other orders in front of yours."
"Never had the thin crust before, never will again. It was completely flavorless for pepperoni & bacon. Kinda tasted like the box. I enjoyed the cheese filled breadsticks much more, even tho marinara would've went well with them."
