"I love there pizza, they just can never seem to cook it thoroughly! This is the 2nd time in 1 month that I've had to bring the pizza home and re cook it!! Maybe adjust your oven or cook time, I even asked for well done. I would hate to see what it would of looked like if I didn't. Train your staff better, and next time I will make sure I check the pizza before leaving with it."

"Ordered the Papa Bowl with another pizza and the bowl must have leaked all over the box it was in and the box it was sitting on top of. The bowl came out looking like it had slid across the car at some point."

"I like Papa John's Pizza. It's one of my favorites. But ordering pizza for delivery has gotten ridiculously expensive (not just them I'm sure). Just paid $44 for a large pizza delivered. Won't do that again. The coupons are hard to find other than for 1 or 2 toppings or other locations. It's not worth $35 more than a large Walmart pizza you bake yourself! Will go to another favorite and pick it up next time; Mod Pizza. I know gas and employees, along with the ingredients have gone up in price. But there are limits. We could actually go have a nice sit-down dinner for that price at a number of decent restaurants. "Food for thought" I hope for Papa John's. I'm letting them know they are hitting the limits because I do like them."

"Ordered a Shaqaroni, it's supposed to be an XL with extra pepperoni and cheese. Measured the same as a large pizza with a normal portion of pepperoni and there wasn't enough cheese to cover the pizza. Should have gotten Digiorno."

"I ordered the new pepperoni stuffed crust, excited to try something new. Unfortunately my pizza didn't come fully cooked; it contained RAW dough in the crust. So now, not only have I paid their ridiculous prices, I have food poisoning as well. Stay away from this Papa Johns."
