"The pharmacy is terrible at communication. Nearly every month I order the same medication and pay for it no problem. Several times in the past few months, when I check the status online, I see it is marked "in process". I get no communication on it being delayed or the reason it is delayed. When I call, they tell me it is "in process" because it is a high-cost medication. I know that already. I pay for it every single time, in full, with no problems. Then they claim someone has tried to get in touch with me. I have never had a record of an email, phone call or text message from the pharmacy. I have asked them to make a note that I am able to pay or actually contact me. The tell me to order my medication sooner. I do. But it doesn't matter if I request a refill 1 week or 2 weeks before, if they delay it and don't tell me, nothing changes. Awful management and communication. I will not use them again."

"The pharmacy tech here is so rude and terribly unprofessional. I can’t believe they would continue to employee someone is is so uncouth and nasty to customers. I’ve filled out surveys and reached out to the pharmacy manager and no response. I guess they are so overworked or just don’t care. Thinking of transferring back to Walmart pharmacy"

"First, the machine for checking savings was broken. Store not appealing; rearranging would help to locate items easier. Staff not friendly or helpful."

"The pharmacy service fine. But when I needed to make a general purchase upfront, there was one employee, and he was sitting on the counter talking on his phone. I was rudely told to go to the self checkout, even with no one else being helped. Hello, I don't work here, I'm not doing self checkout not to mention self checkout was closed. Then there were no tills in any of the registers. Employee snaps "you just gotta wait". Nah, I don't. I left that stuff right on the counter, it was an impulse buy that I didn't need. Get it together CVS."

"The worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy. Show up for an 11:20 covid test. Wait in line until maybe 12:15. Pull up for my turn and they say there system is down and go to lane 2 while we wait. I understand errors happen but now I’m in lane 2 waiting in line behind people who arrived after me, meanwhile the person behind me got his test done just fine. I wait my turn in lane 2 and they then tell me I have to go back in line and wait in lane one again behind people who had just arrived. Very snippy attitudes from the white girl with the shaved/short hair and the black girl with braids. Was I upset? Yes but very very unprofessional. Ended up taking until 1pm to get my test done. Would highly recommend going anywhere but here."
