"Staff is perfectly nice. Old navy website says this location carries women's plus but they dont. Not sure any of them really do in store anymore. ON needs to take that off the website directory if so."

"This store is great, has all the selection but is still better organized than most Old Navy stores. And the staff is all so kind and helpful. I wish I would have caught the managers name, but she was there Thursday (10/12) around 10:30am, and was really great. There was a big line and she calmly helped me with my returns. After working in the service industry for many years, I can say that she is the type of employee all businesses like this need. I hope she is valued!"

"Customer Service was poor. It wasn't crowded. It was only 1 person ahead of me and I was next to be waited on. The cashier paged someone else to the front to wait on me: but then that cashier waited on someone else, and then finally me???? Then that same cashier that made the page started to wait on other customers????? Do these cashier's have an issue with people of color in that I was the only person of color in line at the time??????"
