Kohls Cash is a scheme to make customers come back on days you deliberately remove sale prices from. No real savings. I rather shop at Target that doesn't play those games or go to Macy's for brand name clothes."

"Associate Crystal was extremely rude to this older Hispanic lady in front of me while doing returns. The attitude she had radiated to the customer. Smacking down on the counter as the customer was leaving and shaking her head speaking in a rude demeanor. When in customer service you must check yourself. I hope she was just having a bad day."

"I went in to Kohls and was having trouble understanding how the coupons with the percent off works. So I went to get and associate to help me with that. I found an associate, his name was Joe, he was excellent with helping me and he made sure that I understood what was able to be used and what wasn't able to be used on the coupons. I proceed with my shopping, I get to the checkout line and interacted with the cashier and they were wonderful as well. Kaylee was the cashier name and they assisted me with my sale and got me right on my way. I just want to say Thank You to the both of them because they were kind and helpful."
