"No one wanted to work when it was time to check out the workers behind the counter literally had a conversation about who was going to take me as in checking me out one of the females walked off while the other one took a phone call worrying about who was going to come in for the next shift while I’m waiting about five minutes. I really wasn’t going to check anything out I was ready to just give them their items back and leave after she was like "I guess I will be taking you then” i was ready to take my money elsewhere, but I knew this was my last time coming here so I just bought my items and left won’t see me Again."

"Anytime I come from out of town there's not much product out. It's back to school time, I get it... But there's no excuse for the wait time to check out. I seen 3 employees watching the older lady on the register. I sat next in line for 20 minutes while the cashier did some type of transaction that took forever and instead of having another register available all the employees sat and watched the transaction. Why are you behind the register for if you're not going to open it? Why put the older lady on the register? Idk, nobody has a sense of urgency, maybe it's just Milwaukee in general..."

"Came in to do a return that I originally bought from another location. I have never seen so many unhappy people in one store. Usually you get at least one this one not at all. They need to thank God for Jesus because he is working on me. Even if life is happening the least they could do is put on a fake smile and act like customers are important."
