"Horrible!! Paid for my prescription with the online app only for them to put it back and for me not to receive my medication. Was told they had so many orders and their system went down but I guess I won't be reimbursed or get my medicine unless I pay again. I get the situation but why should I have to pay again and make an extra trip back to the store when I called the day before to avoid having to make a second trip! They will definitely make you feel sicker having to deal with their stress!!"

"The pharmacy is terrible now. After years of being a loyal customer the store quality has dropped! Wait times are now 2 hours for waiting inside the store and that is usually drive thru times. This store has never had a drive thru. Texts about your ready for pick up prescriptions that you received are being undermined and staff is insinuating your are lying about auto refills. Automatic texts are ready for pick-up. Milwaukee Take your business to a place where they respect you and your time. The staff is making up rules as they go along. Walgreens hire more staff with real leadership skills and who have common knowledge about how your business has been operating for years! Closing locations should not make the quality of your store minimal and the staff need to be trained on being professional with customers and not speaking of politics wasting valuable time. Retrain your leaders and reinterate the guidelines for the staff."
