"Thanks to my daughters I've had the displeasure of having to visit this location several times Oct-Jan. You know that pit in your stomach feeling when you have to trek to a Walmart, well I loathe this store on a level that even takes over Walmart. This location is always missing product, nothing is organized, product is never fronted. It is an absolute merchandising nightmare. Almost every female employee seems more about practicing their RBF and surfing on their phones then being productive. I will never understand why only one register can operate at one time. The lines are always SO long and everyone has not an ounce of urgency. Replace the GM and get someone in there that cares about how things look, how employees treat the customer, available stock, and I guarantee your total lines per receipt will reach levels of huge sales gains. Your customers will be happier too!"

"I'm not a makeup girly, but my daughter is. Having a preteen, anything I say is automatically lame and wrong (IYKYK). John (I think was his name) was AMAZING at backing me up, speaking my kiddo's lingo and getting her exactly what she wanted within my boundaries. She was pleased and so was I! I'm sure our experience would not have been as pleasant without his help. He was a true godsend and wish he could follow us everywhere and be our intermediary. I have very little experience in makeup stores, but I would go back to this location just for John!"
