"I shop at WHBM a lot. I purchaed a sweater from store located in Madison WI in Hilldale area. The sweater gave me terrible rash so I took it back to store. The store customer service was extremely unhelpful. She kept repeating that it is their policy not to return anything that has been worn. Even in the case that it caused health issues. I am so disappointed in the service I received. I tried uploading picture of the rash however their server conveniently is not able to upload image at this time"
