"This was the first time my fur kids were boarded. Although a nervous experience for Abby and Carly, Petsuites reassured me. They gave me daily updates, were kind, caring, extremely patient and my pets stayed in a very clean environment. I truly know it wasn’t easy to care for them and I really appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication. I’m hoping the next time around they will adapt better and feel more at ease. I will be booking again soon and again, thank you all so much!"

"I was told I could drop my dog off in the morning for a grooming and they groom on a first come first serve basis. I dropped her off at 9 am and was told she was first. I asked Hannah, the groomer, how long it might take. She said 2, maybe 3 hours, which surprised me. I explained what I was looking for in a cut, showed photos, she said she understood. When I hadn’t heard back by 1:30 I called and was told she wasn’t done yet, that it would be another hour or so. At 4pm I called and asked why it was taking all day. I was told that they didn’t have my number on file and sent me an email at 3pm that she was ready for pickup. They had my number, it was even on the vaccination records that was on file. There was also no email from them as stated. I went to pick her up and she was shaved! Not at all what we talked about! She had puffy hair around her head and tail and looked ridiculous. This institution has such poor communication and they do what they please without letting their clients know what they’re up to with your pet. I am still in utter disbelief a day later. Very unprofessional. 7 hours for a groom?! If not grooming, they certainly should have told me what they were up to with my pet. Scary place."

"Took my puppy who is 12weeks old for grooming . Cynthia was his groomer she did an amazing job we are so pleased. Lille was very kind and answered all my questions as well. It’s nice to see our pup was handled with care and love to a point where he dint want to leave. Thanks guy!!"
