"Literally one of the worst Targets I've ever been to. Rude managers/Team Leads that yell at their employees on the sales floor. Also the power is off in their building today it's -3 degrees and you're forcing the employees to just work in coats hoping that it'll keep them warm? What an embarrassing decision. Also that lady in charge Kim is the most disrespectful individual I've ever had the misfortune of meeting."
"Target on-line pick up service was seamless. The workers who put the order in your car needs to pay attention to the bags. A bag with wasted product and hole in bag was placed in my car. Tge contents was wasted in my trunk without any acknowledgement. When I communicated what happened, the team lead blew me off like I was a bother.I was not satisfied with this service."
"I got a $5 coupon from CVS for target. An item I purchased was double the price then listed on the shelf. I returned it and was told I lose the $5.00 coupon. It does not apply to the other items I purchased. I returned everything then. What kind of business practice is this? Why give a coupon in the first place?"
"Did a quick drive up order on my lunch break. When I got back to work, I realized one of the food items was open and there was food missing from the package. Shockingly, no one there answered the phone so I had to drive back. I asked the lady in the pickup area if I could do an exchange and she said no, only a refund. So I had to go and shop the order again myself after getting a refund. What a colossal waste of time and gas money. Update: that must’ve been the single last pack in the entire store because myself and a stocker were unable to find another pack. Great."
"Starbucks is a 2 star, no pumpkin spice, n found coffee grounds in my peppermint mocha I was not happy having to toss it after a few sips. Good thing the next day I went to the one across the lot they had pumpkin spice latte and made it perfect. However the cashier for Target was great patient n professional"
