Hampton Inn Milwaukee/Brookfield

"I don’t know what you have to do to get housekeeping here. I booked a 5 night stay for business and declined housekeeping for the first three days by placing the do not disturb sign on the door.. On the fourth day, I was out of towels and I didn’t have a good night’s sleep having the night sweats so I took the do not disturb sign off the door and left for work. Upon my return, my room was not touched. I went to the desk and told the manager who said she was sorry but no one in housekeeping was there and they would clean it tomorrow. Well, I had no clean towels. She did end up getting towels for me, but now I have to sleep on these nasty sheets that I sweated on. My last several stays at Hilton properties have been terrible. I don’t know what happened. Hilton used to be good. I saw a lot of reviews on this place saying that breakfast was great. My opinion of their breakfast is quite low. I just go out on my own and buy my own breakfast. The rooms are a bit small, but it was clean when I checked in. Now, not so much. Who knows if anyone will clean my room tomorrow but it’s kinda too little, too late now. I only have tonight and tomorrow left for my stay. I won’t stay at this place again and I think I am done with all Hilton properties now. I have been burned too many to times with stuff like this. The last time I was in Brookfield, I stayed at the Home2Suites, which is right near this hotel, and it was a horrendous stay. I got zero hours of sleep one night there due to noisy neighbors. Management would not remove them, nor move me, even though they heard the noise themselves. My recommendation is to avoid any Hilton properties, especially in this area, as they all seem to be bad."

"Easy on and off the 94W corridor. Clean, lovely rooms. Breakfast was delicious, the oatmeal with ALL the fixings, was particularly delicious on this chilly morning. Every interaction I had with staff, was delightful. You could tell they cared. Yes we will stay there again, and I highly recommend. Good value for the money."
