No remorse, no phone calls to express your deepest apologizes for your negligence. You should never be running a kennel again. What happened here was tragic and traumatic for this family. You handled it so poorly, it is shocking in many ways. For this reason, you don't deserve anymore animals to watch in your care. There would be negative stars if they offered them."

He noticed how quiet and lovable my dog is so he kept her and another dog upfront in the office with him. To me that was so awesome because my dog is used to having human interactions. Don't hesitate to bring your fur babies here. They will treat your dogs like their own. Very loving and compassionate people here. My trust is with them and I will definitely have them take care of my girl when I'm in town."
