"***Update 06/26/23*** My undiscructable titanium ring as fallen apart. My diaghters earrings both fell apart. Everything they have is cheap garbage that should be sold in walmart. This will be my 4th drive there to get a ring replaced. Leaving a 1 star because of their staff. Staff is awesome! After purchasing my wife's engagement ring, wedding band, my wedding band and her necklace here, I would not recommend this place at all. Employees are awesome but they have some of the lowest quality jewelry I have ever had the pleasure of spending thousands of dollars on. My ring that was so high quality in both design and metals that it started wearing though the first layer and it leaves horrible white ring around my finger, which it was designed not to do. They fixed it, I've had it for a week and already showing signs of wear (I type at desk). My wife's necklace snapped and the heart pendent was lost the 2nd time she wore it. Purchased the additional warranty with everything, they refuse to fix/replace this under warranty. Please dont waste your time year like I have.
