"Went on a Friday around noon. No line for check out. No line for changing rooms. Employees were friendly. Cleanest Old Navy I've visited."
"Good selection of clothing for my daughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful at checkout. My daughter was shy and the cashier worked really well with her. It honestly seemed like they all loved working there. It made mall shopping, not my favorite thing, seem more enjoyable."
"Poor management and rude employees at our most recent visit. I didn't know it was a policy to close the changing rooms while the store was still open. We waited by the changing rooms for a few minutes thinking they would come and open a room, but the employees who were right nearby watching waited until I went over and asked and then told us that their manager says they need to close the changing room 15 minutes prior to closing. Their demeanor was very condescending, but not typical of what we've experienced here in the past. It was a Sunday evening, so I'm assuming the staff was inexperienced."
