"If I could rate 0 stars I would. The lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable. I get there and 3 employees are working the front. 2 employees are working with 1 customer who had a lot of items which is understandable. When I got there there was a line I patiently waited for my turn. When the 1 guy was available to help other patrons came in through the other door and 1 just went straight through the line I was patiently waiting on, I gave it a couple of minutes to see if the employee that was ready to help would say something at least make eye contact or to let me know they had an appointment or anything when he proceeded to help them first I just left. I feel you have a very good business model but unfortunately, the employees lack customer service training, I will never recommend this place to anyone and I did before this incident."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. I went there as somewhat of a novice and I didn't realize that they prefer cash transactions. I only had a debit card and they waved the fee for me. What's worse is that I actually don't know the pin to my debit card because I always use it as a credit card, which actually results in a higher charge for them. They were actually kind enough to wave that fee as well. I won't make that mistake again and will be sure to have cash the next time I go, everyone there is so kind, I would not go to a different coin shop."

What a great worker deserves a raise or get paid for doing twice the job so getting paid for two workers overall definitely a five-star rating if they had six stars I would give him that"

"Wonderful knowledgeable people. I’ve worked closely with Ken and Jim for a couple of years. They really support collectors and are active in our local coin club. They also work with serious investors and with rank amateurs. They are very fair when you bring in bulk silver items—coins and otherwise. They offer as much or more than any other buyers of gold and silver. No reason to go to anyone else.
