"Despite having a fully booked schedule, Dr. Mason & team made room for my cat, who had been attacked by a neighborhood dog the previous day. Both Dr. Mason and Alana were very gentle with my cat, and he seemed to be very comfortable under their care. Dr. Mason was even able to get a closer look at my cats' paws and notice things I myself had difficulty seeing since my cat doesn't usually like to be held. Lastly, as I am currently without a car for the time being, the staff were very understanding of my needing to wait for a bus, and allowed me to stay in one of the patient rooms where my cat could be secure from having to worry about any dog interactions. I think it's my 4th vet trip there at this point, and every experience there has been a good one!"

"Everyone at Faircrest is so sweet and easy to chat with, it’s super easy to make an appointment (TEXTING?!? The future is NOW), and a very nice little location. They were able to get me in for an appointment within a matter of days for my cat with a cold (to align with my availability, maybe could have gotten in sooner otherwise!) and the cost was very fair. I took my two cats for their yearly check in back in the fall as well and that was equally smooth—they were great with my highly nervous little tortie. Highly recommend if you’re looking to transition from a location with long wait times or if you’re new to the area, Dr. Mason and his team will take good care of you!"

Someone sent me a text update with a photo letting me know he was doing well - found that very thoughtful! My dog is usually wary of new men but Dr. Mason was very patient and gentle with him.
