"I am a wedding photographer and photographed a wedding at the Edgewater Hotel in October 2023. This is such a stunning hotel wedding venue to work at! The hotel is right on Lake Mendota. It has lake access, and lake views from the rooftop and interior spaces. It also has views of the Capitol building. The venue staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a downtown Madison hotel wedding venue, I would definitely recommend booking your wedding here!"

"My wife and I live in Madison and every January we do a weekend "stay-cation" at the Edgewater. With kids at home, we need a little reset at the beginning of the year haha. My wife scheduled a spa appointment and I hangout in the relaxation pool while she is getting massaged. The whole experience feels so luxurious. We have room service brought in for dinner and the food is always amazing. The cheese curds are the best that either of us has ever, EVER had. Over all, it's one of our very favorite traditions."
