"Yesterday was my first time visiting this location. The store had a nice selection and was easy to navigate. The associate at the self checkout was more than happy to help take my coupon and even assist in getting my payment ready to process."
"Metro Market at Junction has the nicest and most helpful employees. Their produce is great, even when they’re selected by their employees for pickup. If you order online they bring it out to your car for free! I really don’t feel like I deserve this grocery store."
"They need to buy more baskets. You are lucky if a quarter of the time you come in the store you can get a basket, and it's been like this for easily the last 6 months. Please buy more baskets as not eveyone needs a shopping cart when they come in."
"Danny is a ray of sunshine. You guys need more workers like him. He is super personal and friendly. I never catch him in a bad mood and he loves to help out. He is a great example of excellent customer service and getting to know your customers. I could talk to Danny all day if I could! Keep up the great work Danny!"
"While I think the store has the best rotisserie chicken in the area, the customer service is terrible. Two issues came up today. I told the produce person that I tripped on the area mat along the wall because it was very wavy (about 3+inched in height.). I explained that I had designed commercial interior and I'm pretty sure it's against code. He stepped on it some time later ( I was finished up in the department.) and just left it in place. There were many old people in the area. I genuinely thought I was doing the store a favor..before someone really got hurt. Secondly, I bought a small watermelon and came home and cut it for dinner...it was very red...I thought it might be really sweet. Unfortunately, it was spoiled. When I called and asked for a refund and if I could bring in photos, they said no, that I had to bring in the watermelon! Forget that I was just out, thinking of the price of gas...am I supposed to keep it until I'm in the area...or make a senseless trip? Ridiculous. I may come back for the chicken...but that is it."
