"Walked here on a Sunday for probiotics to find the pharmacy is closed all day Sunday. Arrived 10 minutes before their website said they closed on a Tuesday and they were already closed."

"I received my Pfizer COVID booster shot here. My insurance was not communicating with their computer system for whatever reason. They found a way to take care of the payments and provide me with rewards points."

"I'm sure she was overworked and hungry, but I arrived at 1:20 p.m. to pick up an urgent prescription, apparently was at the wrong window, but no one told me, then the pharmacist curtly told me to "get in line" and that they close at 1:30 for lunch. I got to the front of the line, she asked me for my last name, then refused to give me my prescription, because she didn't have my insurance information entered. Then, when I started expressing my customer service complaint, she called a manager, which was fine with me, but again, apparently it's all about blaming "corporate policy," which is probably fair. He said all Walgreens in the area close for lunch from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (I'm new to the area) and that it's posted everywhere. I checked hours on Google yesterday afternoon, finding that they closed early. I do not see anything here that says they close midday. FYI--it does, and this should be added on Google. Walgreens corporate policy-makers: Would it be possible to have properly staffed pharmacies in which workers can rotate their lunch breaks so as not to have to close entirely? And maybe they'd be happier and kinder too. Culturally, it would not be so surprising if, if lunch closure is necessary, to do it at noon or 12:30, 1 p.m. at the latest. Moving forward, I will take my business elsewhere to a community pharmacy."

"I came in to get my vaccine and the crew of pharmacy staff were incredible. Walgreens, you need to double, no, triple their pay right now. These gals have been working all hours giving vaccines on top of their regular work and being respectful professionals. The pharmacist herself was administering vaccine on top of her other work. These are our essential workers. Walgreens, take care of your staff. They are getting us through this pandemic and keeping us safe. Bless them all."
