"I really am curious to know what is the “proper procedure” (as she rudely claims) to fill a simple prescription that takes HOURS!! Some of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I will look elsewhere that are professional and kind to their customers."

"DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING SCRIPTS FILLED ON TIMELY BASIS! This pharmacy has gone from slow to slower. With 100% disability due to 28 pieces of metal and 5 cadaver bones in my back. Painkillers and muscle relaxers (controlled substances) are a necessary evil. While dealing with the same medications for YEARS each month this pharmacy has delayed filling these prescriptions. You do not get an EXTRA day due to these delays, each day they delay is a day lost of that medication. Both my GP and Pain Management MDs are in concurrence on my meds and know they are never abused. Yet I'm told by a pharmacist at THIS Walgreens (no other has ever said this) that I am supposed to have someone CALL them from the Pain Management MD office. This caused a 4 DAY delay over Christmas. If this was once, once in a while, it might be tolerable. This is CONSISTENTLY the case and inexcusable."

"Just came through the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my brother. Sat there for about 5 mins, never getting acknowledged. So I figured I'd hit the call button, because that's what it's for. Someone said there was no reason for me to hit the button because they could see me. Well then tell the people sitting in the DT that. No need to be rude about it. This is the second bad experience I've had here. And when I was handed my brothers prescriptions, the lady asked if I had any questions, I said no and she just walked away. No have a nice day, or good evening.... Just no professional bearing at this pharmacy. Absolutely terrible."
