"Box is difficult to find. Must get on elevators and go to second floor. Depending on which elevator you get on (i.e. one with a back door out of the elevator or not) you then have two options. If the elevator has a back exit door, you exit that back door and that leads you to a small lobby area where the Fed Ex box is located. If not get off elevators, and go down a small hallway next to the elevators. Go down a small set of stairs and at the bottom of the stairs to the right is the lobby where the Fed Ex box is located. However, there is never any replacement envelopes in the box."
