Century Springs

"I’m a water snob. Unfortunately they sold out to Hinckley but fortunately for me I’m planning ahead I had six months worth of water, so I was able to pause my account for a while. I did find out Hinckley is using the same spring and after trying one bottle, the water does taste just as good previously. When I previously use Hinkley it was not happy with the water. I only drink spring water, and very particular about the spring but I’m not 100% trusting of Hinckley yet. I’ll give 4 star review because up I loved Century Springs I’m sad they sold the company."

"*ONE STAR DUE TO THE SNEAKY BUY OUT BY PRIMO. I loved the spring water from single source spring from Century Springs in Wisconsin. I referred multiple households and businesses because water was so good. With that said, I am unbelievably disappointed that I can no longer get quality spring water form Wisconsin springs due to their transition/buy-out/sell-out to PRIMO/Hinkley's (generic) purified filtered water. I was paying for quality spring water and when I needed customer service, I spoke to the same receptionist every time and she always answers on the second ring, now I get some call floor person telemarketer who doesn't have a clue. I don't appreciate the face that PRIMO didn't let me know I would no longer get quality spring water, that I was getting processed tap water. I am paying the same or more for nasty, purified municipal water with additives. GROSS. I will be seeking other water services that provide refreshing, pure spring water."

"Over the summer we requested we get an increased amount of bottled water packages at our business, which they happily obliged. However the last two times they have delivered, we've only gotten 4 packs of water, which when we go through a pack in just a few days, is definitely not enough. Additionally, the last few deliveries we have NOT received Century Springs water bottles - we receive Ice Mountain water bottles, which tastes okay, or this time we received Hinckley Springs, which tastes terrible. Both of them have terrible water bottles. Century Springs has great water bottles and tastes great however these bottles often leak in the pack."

"I have been with Century Springs for several years and it is the best. They deliver on time every month, all their people are very friendly & knowledgeable when I have a question. And the quality of the water is the best out there IMO. It is a great company! Not one bad experience in all these years."

"I have been using Century Springs for over 5 years now and have never had an issue. They have been great to deal with over the years, with great spring water and also great customer service. They will also contact you (text and email) the day before delivery to let you know when the water will be arriving, that way there are no surprises. I highly recommend this company when ordering great water right to your business or residence. Thanks again Century Springs!"
