"Just received a delivery order from this very expensive and notoriously bad Pizza Hut store. The order was complicated to place, because the child who answered the phone was clearly stoned out of his mind and struggled to hold conversation. The food took an unnecessary amount of time to be delivered and then the order didn’t have everything that was supposed to be in it. Additionally, they sent us breadsticks that very clearly weren’t even cooked. This is not my first poor experience from this location, but it will be my last."

"I've tried many time at this location I've worked at and ran pizza restaurants in orderd a 2 topping pizza wings and bread sticks sticks come with sauce I ordered and extra sauce and some garlic sauce I got a one topping pizza NONE of my dipping sauce none even the free one that comes with the sticks and this isn't the first time. I hate daninos and now I'm done with pizza hut. It will be janes lanes or nothing now"

"I ordered online for a pick up that day 1 hour later. The app said pizza was ready for it's 5 o'clock pickup. When my husband arrived, no pizza. From what he overheard, they forgot to make our order. While he waited an additional 30 minutes for them to make our food from the beginning, the phone was ringing, but not answered. The staff were complaining about the heat. Their overall attitude was rude. There was NO compensation for our forgotten order just a sorry. I had hungry, crabby kids at home. By the time he finally got home, the food was luke warm. Frozen pizza would have been an improvement at this point."

"Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Was told 35 to 45 minutes on delivery. At 50 minutes no pizza. We called no answer. Website said 35-45minutes still. Next thing we get an email for Doordash saying they are delivering now. Another 45minutes go by. No knock at the door saw someone backing out of the driveway and pizza sitting outside on the ground. Support local multiple other way better pizza places in town go elsewhere. If that doesn't work for you order domino's!"
