"My husband came to pickup a sandwich and the shift manager that was on was the most unprofessional person. He was screaming and hollering at all the employees and even at a manager that came into help. I am sorry but this man should be fired!! You don't treat employees like that especially in front of customers. Those employees all should have walked out and left him hanging!! This was Saturday the 28th of October at 2:00 pm."

"I’ve been to this location many times and always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Every time I go they either get my mobile order incorrect or I go to pick up my mobile order at the time it is scheduled to be ready and have to wait 30 + minutes longer while new customers come in order in the store and get their food first. This past time I waited at the drive up window with people avoiding eye contact for 20 minutes after I told them what I was there for. I called only to have them grab the food from the counter and it was completely cold."

"Surprised how not great this was. Italian was mid, not great. Got a meal with a small drink and small cheese curds was almost $20! Stop asking for tips for counter service. Cheese curds were probably the saving grace and likely best I've ever had but probably won't be back. Restruant was so cold I couldn't even stand being in there long enough to eat."

"Sent a note as suggested and never heard a word back. So much for being concerned with customer satisfaction. Don't suggest a way to get concerns addressed if nothing is going to be done with them. Irritating and worthless. Last time we went here it was meh...but hey everyone has a bad day. Tonight one sandwich was good - one was like it was run over by a truck - after they forgot to add some of the meat. It wasn't a staffing issues as three people were working. There were only two customers that were waiting. Took longer because they had to remake one dine-in customers sandwich after it was made wrong. So sad as we always were happy with the consistency of the food. Not so much anymore. Time to find a new place."
