"CARRIERS BEWARE, DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THESE PEOPLE. AFTER DOING A OVERSIZE LOAD FOR THEM, PAYING PERMITS AND EVERYTHING OUT OF MY POCKET NOW THEY ARE PURPOSELY TRYING TO F W MY MONEY. NOT PAYING, DELAYING MY PAY. ORIGINALLY SAID THEY DO QP NOW THEY ARE SAYING ITS AT THEIR DISCRETION AND SINCE IM A NEW CARRIER TO THEM THEY WILL HOLD MY MONEY FOR 30 DAYS. A WEEK AFTER LOAD WAS DELIVERED NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR IN TRANSIT PICS AND ELD OR TRACKING DOWNLOADS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY W THIS BROKER."

"This company is crooked. They should be shut down and put in jail and the keys thrown away! I delivered a load, sent pictures, everyone signed off on load no problems or damage what so ever. Few days later I received an email about the company reporting damage to the load and I needed to fill out the forms they sent and send back. I called the company and they stated that there was not any damage to the load but that it was a designated load and in the pictures that I sent showed another partial load on the trailer, therefore the rate would be deducted. I researched all my documents and communicated with my dispatcher and there is absolutely no evidence indicating that this was a designated load. I was given the contact number to a supervisor. My dispatcher and I call multiple times leaving multiple messages to please contact me in this matter. No contact whatsoever. I received 2 separate emails from my Factoring Company today that they put in 2 separate claims totalling $1500.00 which was the rate of the entire load. The took back every penny. This is absolutely ridiculous and illegal. I will not allow this company to get away with stealing from my family! They need to be shut down immediately! A claim against their bond will be filed immediately!"

"This company is a joke, we ran a load for them back in July, we shared pictures when loaded and delivered the load with no issues. After 30 day our collection team reaches out to follow up on payment and they say there's a claim. They asked for paperwork again and we delivered. It's now Oct (almost Nov) and they still haven't paid for the load, they claim the load was double brokered but we provided more than enough proof that we ran the load, the claim department even talked to our driver who gave specific information about the load and the loading/unloading sites which will only be know if he ran the load, we even sent the original paperwork. We've been sending follow up emails and they are not responding, we are about to place a claim to their bond and if this doesn't work I'll have my driver take a visit to the receiver to collect payment directly."

"Shippers & Carriers be aware. ZMack doesn't pay trucking companies for delivered loads. Same excuse as another post below - they claim that there maybe a potential claim for damage. Even though the load has been delivered in the same condition as picked up. 5 representatives at the receiver accepted it and signed for it. Pictures taken, papers signed. Currently filed a claim on their bond policy for $11,500. Stay away."
