"Harbor Freight is what it is. Some tools are great, others are total junk. The Racine location is always clean and organized. The staff are typically friendly and helpful. Certain tools and products are really good quality for the price. I always find something to add to my tool box. A lot of the tools I have purchased from HF will no doubt out live me."
"Often the cheapest place to buy good tools. I love to have a store to see what I am buying. Entry level tools are a gamble on the jungle site. You can choose the level of quality since they have several to choose from on display. It's not snap-on but it's closer than most people need."
