"As much as I love Panera Bread, this location is the slowest and will forget you exist while you're waiting for your order. This is the third time I've gone through the drive thru and was told to pull up and then after 15 minutes I had to walk inside anyways to get my order because it's just sitting there on the counter. Just go to a different Panera, the extra 15 minutes you spend driving won't matter and you won't leave mad."

"Tried to order through the drive-through but whoever was there today, Monday 2/5, had me wait. There were no cars ahead of me & there were no cars behind me there was about six cars in the parking lot so I sat there and waited about five minutes and then I decided to go inside when I went inside I saw her just standing by the window looking at her phone. Very lame. That’s not customer service that’s laziness. Hire people who care. This place must be under new management or something because it used to be good."

"I went on a Friday nite 5pm, drive thru no one in line. Ordered the ham and gouda sandwich. Got home and there was so little ham and cheese in there and all bread. $15 for a sandwich and brownie. What a rip off. Not going back"

"Start with the drinks... no juices the guy was making them and it took the entire time we were there and he was still making them when we left... he and his cart were in the way of the drink station, he ran food outside and kicked open the door so it made for a hostile feeling atmosphere. Now the food... the chicken Noodle soup was barely room temperature and looked like Campbell's Chunky soup. Next time microwave it longer at least... I won't be back for that service at those prices. UPDATE: Service was terrible, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before going in and my food was just sitting on the counter getting cold, bag was soaked from them spilling the soup inside...10 employees inside and not 1 could bring the food out hot and fresh. I wish I read my review prior to making this mistake again."

"Updated Review - 11/23/22: I am going to have to lower my number from 5 stars to 3 stars this time... for many reasons. First, the cookies and chips were smashed underneath the sandwiches... I mean smashed! The chips were in a little ball... And the Glove Cookies (see pic) were cracked... And fell apart when I picked them up. Then the sandwich... OMG! I ordered a Toasted Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. It might as well have been what they called in the Blues Brother's movie... A "wish sandwich"... I "wish" it had some meat inside if it. There was maybe one piece of meat... some pickled red onions... and horseradish sauce.. on Artisan Ciabatta bread. It was dry as a bone. I couldn't even finish it. The good news is... The Toasted Fontega Chicken Sandwich was good... And the Cheedar and Broccoli soup was delicious! That is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. They need to learn to stack their to go bags... And put more meat on their sandwiches! ------------------------------------------------- Updated Review - 9/4/22: We love Panera! The food is always fresh and delicious! My new favorite is the Steak and White Cheddar sandwich. Mmmm!!! We use the order using the in-store Rapid Pick-up…. Fast and easy! I recommend Panera Bread! —————————————————————————— Original Review: Great bagels! I wanted bagels for Father's Day. We went and picked some up at the Racine location. Ready in and out. Great selection of bagels. They packed them tight in a plastic bag. They were fresh the next morning... And delicious!!! Mmmm!!!"
