"Did a mobile order so I should have figured. I got there early for pick up and let them know to be nice. The staff was rude complaining that I showed up too early (waited 45min) on an "asap" order. Food itself was mixed bag. Baked pasta tasted okay, but was crumbly. Salad was not washed or looked at beforehand, had to throw rotting pieces out. Bread sticks were drier than normal."
"Walked in the place at 3:45pm on a Tuesday and there was maybe 5 people in the restaurant. The host just looked at me, like I was bothering her. I said table for one. She said it would be 15+ minutes wait. If you don't have enough staff to handle 6 people in the restaurant at 3:45 your doing something wrong. That's ok I took my money across the street to Texas roadhouse, and the food was great. Also the staff was great."
"I had the ravioli and im not sure if it was overcooked but it was dried out and there was very little pasta sauce to help it some, my granddaughter had fettuccine Alfredo and love it, also it was her birthday so she had a free pumpkin cheesecake for dessert, salad, her soup and breadstix were all delicious"

"Edit: Had a new server, a very nice fella with a thick accent he was amazing and very nice, fast and attentive. Olive garden really took my review and made things much much better. I'll definitely be back again! Old review below for context and to compare the service before and now: Took forever to get our order taken, filthy tables everywhere, took them 3 separate trips over 30 minutes to clean the table behind us. One salad, one order of bread sticks, one drink... the service was ridiculous. 4 people in the front standing waiting to seat people and plenty people in house so I dont see any valid reason for the poor times and service"
