They charge 2.99 per label to print their labels. Every other time, I have had my label printed and affixed. I just had an issue today. No exceptions or grace from this business. I respect policies, I just won't deal with a business when their competition offers better. Bye bye UPS."

"I went to this location today to return an Amazon package for my first time! I walked in and the two staff members were busy! They were efficient and helping people out like crazy! I had never done this before and I had no idea what to bring to the counter. I was confused. Everyone around me had codes to scan on their phones and I had no idea what I was looking for. The very kind worker ( I think his name was Rick? ) helped me out tremendously despite being VERY busy. He never once made me feel like I was a burden although I was quiet embarrassed and felt bad. It would be very easy to get flustered with someone during a busy time of day coming in not knowing how to pull up a barcode on their Amazon. I have never had such kind customer service. This man made my week. I’m so great full this store has such a kind hardworking man like this I will for sure be back to this location!"
