It was a couple things not covered by my extended warranty--though he worked hard with the warranty company to try and get them to change their mind (they wouldn't). I was able to get in a few days earlier than planned once the part arrived. I like that I have a consistent individual that I trust to handle my car repairs. "This was a terrific experience! They were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we were actually a priority! I called and they didn’t have any times available, but did the next four days. She asked if I could hold a moment, after I told her I worked the next few days, and she got back on the phone and said to go ahead and bring my car in…but it may take a bit longer then normal. We got there and they had us in and out in less then an hour and a half, which I was expecting at least two hours. My dog was with and we were even allowed to go sit in their waiting room, of course we went for a walk first, but they were all so nice and helpful! I will definitely continue to do my routine maintenance, as well as other repairs on my car there! They didn’t try to sell me any extra and even told me that my tires actually didn’t require a rotation, as they were just fine…saving me money in the end!
