Rochester International Airport

"People are nice and willing to help. But that is where it ends. My last two flights had maintenance issues and delayed for several hours. The main reason for the long delay was the maintenance crew was not onsite and had to be called in. In on case they didn't have the tool to fix the plane. I will fly out of MSP where they have onsite maintenance crews."

"The airport looks like a hospital it has no character at all but it's clean and easy to maneuver around. It definitely needs a facelift some style some panache! Hi yes indeed!!! A plant wall or two some running water some landscape murals!!!! Definitely feature some local artists!!!! Play some relaxing music throughout the airport!!! Your airport is clean and efficient your employees are wonderful."

"Worst airport experience ever - kind of important to have a working runway for pilots to be guided in when there’s fog and not let flights try to come in MULTIPLE TIMES through that fog only to be turned away and sent all the way back to Chicago. Also now sitting on the runway after this now 24 hour saga thanks to this terribly planned construction project because apparently 2 people work here and had no idea a plane they’d turned away 3 times with people in need of critical care at Mayo Clinic would in fact come back. Whoever decided to run an airport like this should be fired."

"Nice small airport. Despite it's size it is much better to start your long trip from there then going to MSP, cause it is super well organized and all the workers are very efficient and helpful. You have anything you need on a small scale that is operational, efficient, clean and even cozy. Clean restrooms with diaper changing stations and a restaurant/bar/small store that always works during flight time."

"Nice small airport. Easy to get in and out. Quick security checkin, rental car outside the terminal in the parking lot, and less crowd makes it a comfortable travel experience. Additional restaurants are needed as there is not much choice."
