"Just ordered a shareable meal from the mobile app. The only thing fresh in the bag was the Big Mac. The nuggets were hard and you can tell the fries had been sitting under the lamp. Did not receive any of the dipping sauce and they refuse to answer the phone. Last time coming to this location"

"My wife and I went there to get some food. As soon as I got the order, we’ve been trying to get someone’s attention because they forgot to give us cup. Nobody was working the lobby and as soon as we got someone’s attention, we asked for the cup but they practically ignored us and not providing customer service like they should so we had to grab the cup ourselves since we ordered an drink. People that works in customer service needs to do better and treat customers with respect and them ignoring us is not ok at all!"

"Just picked up a Big Mac using the drive thru this afternoon and had the most impressive experience. The young woman who took my order was refreshingly upbeat and kind. The Big Mac was made the right way. There was zero waiting. Top notch!!"

"Poor service when ordering. When I was saying my order the guy asked immediately without giving pause after every item if that was it. I ordered a number 5 which is a meal and he rang it up as a 10 pc mcnugget meaning I didn't get the fries with that meal, I wanted a large fry on top of that meal so I understand if there was confusion with ordering but that wasn't the only thing wrong with my order unfortunately. With those nuggets he didn't ask me if I wanted dipping sauce or what kind, he just rang me up for BBQ. The ink on the receipt is so bad and splotchy I had a hard time seeing what was put down and what I was charged for as well as having a hard time seeing the full address of the specific McDonald's. Now this McDonald's was in a rush and I understand how things can get confusing as I work in fast food myself but I was disappointed when the teenager taking my order didn't repeat it for me to confirm what was ordered. I don't want to be rude I am just truly trying to give a review so this can be improved in the future. I have attached a picture of my receipt, the receipt should read : 2 happy meal cheeseburgers with only ketchup and pickles, apple slices, 2 xs dr.peppers. 1 happy meal cheese burger with only ketchup, xs dr.pepper. A #5 with a medium coke. 1 large coke no ice. 1 large fry. As you can see in the picture that it not what the receipt says."

"Took my kid here to sit inside and have dinner. Everything was either clean or being cleaned and wehn your about to eat that is always a nice feeling. All of our food was hot and as we all know that is not always the case at a fast food restaurant. This was a very pleasant experience for my son and me."
