"It's a small business and the owner is a genuinely good honest man. I had 2 bad leaks, shower faucet and toilet. The price was surprisingly reasonable. I'm an older woman, I know nothing about plumbing, he could've sold me anything but instead he actually saved me money, Friends told me to buy a toilet kit and a new faucet so I did but Sergio was able to fix everything w/ out my recent purchases of a 100 bucks. Sad, but most people would have installed the unnecessary parts to up the price. But instead I get 100 bucks back from Home Depot. If u don't want to get ripped off by big companies ( Most of them work on commission and get a percentage of what they charge you) use Incredible Plumbing. The world doesn't have enough people like Sergio."
