"Very nice Guys! Fixed my PS 3. Works Great!"
"I like this place they fix my disk reader in a reasonable amount"
"Do not take your consoles to this shop for repair. The techs there have no idea what they are doing and will likely break your unit even more. I took my PS5 there to fix a power issue where the unit wouldn't turn on. Not only could they not identify the issue, but they just guessed at which components to replace in order to fix it. No diagnosis skills at all. They also installed an IC chip the wrong way and blew out most of the things on the 3.2 volt rail, including the SSD controller. This shotty work caused me to lose all my data and have to spend well over $150 to repair."
"Absolutely terrible customer service and they’re a bunch of frauds. Tried to charge me $150 for a simple Xbox one cleaning. Ridiculous! When I asked what the exact issue is, they began giving me attitude and told me they no longer want to work on my Xbox and to pick it up. Don't let these people steal your money and time!"
"I recently gotten a repair from this place pertaining to my HDMI output port. I unplugged the HDMI cable from my Xbox series x the other day, I went to go plug it back in and the port was loose and didn't connect to my TV. I decided to take it into another place out of convenience and they found that the previous repairs that were done HERE, were shotty and there were multiple stripped screws, no sauter on more than half of the HDMI pins and bracket. This resulted in extra damages to the motherboard. When confronting them they immeadtly got defensive and blamed the new repair tech for any of the damages that PlayStation and Xbox repair service were responsible had caused."
