"This company has very poor customer service unless your calling for a repair. We have used them for several years and the reg. technician sent seems knowledgeable. However, they sent an inexperienced guy once and he didn't know what he was doing. I called to speak with the technician about the most recent work and recommendations that he wrote after seeing a spike in work and prices in the last two months. After 2 phone calls and a week later I have yet to hear from anyone. As a result, I will not be calling them to return. I'm not sure if its dispatch or that they just don't want me to speak to the tech as I got transferred around when I initially called. Just terrible that they don't value a regular customer for their services"
