"Damien came through looking dapper and professional and was able to help us out quickly with a broken LG washing machine that I messed up while cleaning it. Turns out those little holes in the washer aren’t just for collecting dust and dirt they actually serve a key function of latching the door. If you dump water down there to clean it - it ceases to work. Who would have thought?! NOT ME. Lol! Anyways, after nearly two weeks with no washer Damien came to see me same day and diagnosed the problem quickly and we ordered the part. There was a delay in the part arriving and when it finally did come it was late. That didn’t matter - he still sat in traffic to come help me out. He arrived as quick as he could, tired from his long day already. He got to work and within 20 mins we had a fully functional washer running a clean cycle! Quick repair and has worked flawlessly ever since and it hasn’t stopped running trying to catch up the laundry we had waiting for it. He even cleaned the pan under the washer.
