"This probably the friendliest business I've ever dealt with. My microwave failed after a couple of years and I needed an estimate to send the repair costs to the extended warranty provider. It took a couple of day, but they gave me all the paperwork. It did not make sense to do the repair (a new microwave cost me almost as much), but if I needed to, I'd definitely do it there.
